All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed between FORMA and the client before work begins.

3. Inquiries and Consultations

Submitting a contact form or booking a consultation does not constitute a binding contract. A formal agreement will be established separately once both parties agree on project scope, timeline, and pricing.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, graphics, logos, and code is the property of FORMA and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission from FORMA.

Work delivered to clients becomes the client's property upon full payment as outlined in the service agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability

FORMA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are outlined in individual service agreements. Generally, a deposit is required before work begins, with the remainder due upon project completion. FORMA reserves the right to pause or terminate work if payments are not made on time.

7. Revisions and Changes

FORMA may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cairo, Egypt.
